Simons Properties, active in Eugene for over 40 years, is now proposing to develop its property at the corner of 4th and Charnelton with an eye to service the needs of the city and county institutions situated nearby. At this early stage, we are gathering ideas for architectural designs and use cases that would be of most benefit for the community.
